I was going to put on the smoker but it started sprinkling on me. So I loaded the dehydrator instead.

What's the flavoring of it?  I went to a food fest last weekend and bought a bag of the over-priced jerky there.  It was "triple threat heat" or something.  Craving another batch of jerky...

Did a teriyaki version this time. Jerky is pretty darn expensive most anywhere it's sold. That's one of the reasons making your own is so much better.
