Hi!, My name is Jack and I have been smoking for about 5 years. I was using some cheap store bought units and grills, then I constructed a concrete pit and now have completed a full size smoker trailer from a 300 gallon propane tank. I have tested it several times and smoked with it once so far.I can keep a 200- 250 temp very easily.

I am still tinkering and learning so any ideas or thoughts are always welcome.
