Well my first pork rib post. Tried these out the 2/2/1 method as to give them a bit more "pull". Was happy w flavor and texture although the racks I got were not the best ones. Trying to get a lot of smokes in on my old chargriller because it is literally on it's last keg, will be ordering a RF smoker at some point over the summer. Enjoy:
