Compressor build but have a ton of questions

I am starting a compressor build using a tank that is 1/8 steel and has a ton of threaded fittings everywhere but the tank is solid. I have a million questions and I am hoping that the great minds here can help guide me. 10177263_10203871613608520_7155695862630335835_n.jpg 99k .jpg file
its 120 gallon and measures 66" between end caps so based on all of your experience ,would I be better off cutting one big door or 2? and how big?

I'd make it one door in order to keep it simple.  Two doors would require additional seal and flange work.  One piece door would be easy to handle if you counter-weight it.   Its also a bit of personal preference,  you may not need counter-weight with two doors.

Don't be in a hurry to cut the door.  Get everything laid out in a plan first.   Good planning from the start will save time in the long run.
