Hello and welcome to the site, I am sure there are some Traeger owners out there that can help. Glad to have you here

Hi there, I see you didn't get much response. I'm also in MD and also just bought a Traeger. Did you get yours at the Home Show? My hubby and I did, we went and fell in love with the BBQ Pig. Must say, though, first attempts were not raging successes just barely average. For now, I'm blaming the recipe book from Traeger.

Is yours easily mobile? Ours came with casters but boy, is she heavy! Keep in touch, and if the crabs get too costly, get oysters!

Gary S here,  I thought there would be some  Traeger smokers out there that could help. If you go to the top ot page and type in " Traeger " it will bring up lots of threads.

Newbie here from Maryland too. Did my first smoke today and dinner was fantastic.

Crab prices are going to be terrible this year. Out here in Hagerstown the price is about $175-200 a bushel, too rich for my blood. Would be cheaper to gas up the big truck and drive to OC for all you can eat.
