Hi to all. I live outside of Burleson, Texas. That is about 20 miles south of Fort Worth, Texas. I have been smoking meats for several years and hope to learn some new tricks here. Been wanting a vertical smoker for sometime and appears most are happy (after a few mods) with the Brinkman so I have ordered one. Will get gasket set & latches ordered in next day or two, then wait on everything to get here.
