Just smoked first rack of babybacks on gas grill. Turned out fantastic. Looking for recommendatipns on inexpensive smokers to start out on. Gas, charcoal or electric? Any other advice on getting started would be greatly appreciated! Also deep fryers are future endeavors.

Welcome to the forum, glad you joined our group. First you need to do some research, look around and decide what best fits your needs. (weather condition, any restrictions, that sort of things) what you prefer to cook on. Lots of choices out there and I know it can be confusing. Also budget, what size, how many people you will be cooking for, how often. Go over these thing and you can probably narrow down the type and size. any help or questions just ask.
