Nice to find a forum for smoking meat enthusiasts. I'm new here but not new to cooking. Love both low 'n slow cooked plus the great taste of apple wood smoked meats.
My smoking kits include a Mini WSM and a 22.5 inch Weber Smokey Mountain. Both units are now temp controlled with a CyberQ WiFi set up for very consistent monitoring of both pit and food temps.
Looking forward to learning from ya'll and contributing where and when I can.
