I just signed up and got started in the E-Class.
My wife gave me one of those Cabela's Smoker/Griller/Fryer things for Christmas and I haven't even fired it up for the "factory grease burn off" session, yet. So, I am pretty new. However, I do have 3 suckers from this spring and a couple of salmon from last year in the freezer waiting for the trial run.
