Well ribs on bottom of course. Injected with beef broth and put in bag with more broth plus half an onion some garlic dug up(bout as big as spring onion) Oregano. That was it for bout 4 hrs. Then put some beef rub which I don't know exactlyu what. Salt and pepper plus a few other spices. Made it long ago. Put about 1/4 cup apple juice and same on beer in foil pan. Mondays supper, since wife is schoolin and cook couple suppers in the smoker. Think these ribs need lots of slow cook.:pot:
