Love them jalapeños!

The roast was pretty rock hard, even though it sat in Worchestershire all day. It's been on now for 1 1/2 smoker running 270. Roast is right at 40* should hit 140-135 by six I hope!

IGrill therm, I have the original. But plan on buying the newer one that comes out in May. It has the capabilities for 4 probes.

Great looking Case!

I am intrigued with the cauliflower. I do one covered with RoTel and then cheese. Whatcha slathering they flower with?

The cauliflower is slathered in a mayo/mustard mixture, with salt pepper chipotle and garlic powder. Them too with cheese. Steamed the cauliflower till fork tender let cool apply mayo mixture bake in 350 oven until cheese melts. Or put in smoker!
