I have been lurking around for a while, and wanted to introduce myself. Been smoking butts, ribs, chickens, and sausage for around 8 years now. I have smoked with Propane, charcoal, and electric. I am currently using charcoal at the moment, but for ease of use I am going to be moving back to propane - something to be said for being able to keep a 250 temp and walking away for hours :)
Anyways I will be posting photos of the two butts I injected, dry rubbed, and sprayed with apple juice later this after noon!
