I'm very new to smoking meat and bbqing. I have a brinkmann trailmaster limited edition smoker that I sealed up and now i'm playing with it to adjust temps and such to get used to it.

Welcome from Canada.

This is a great place to learn to smoke. I only had limited success until I found the forum.

I look forward to your posts.
