That's a tasty looking T-bone  :drool: I will have to look up reverse searing . If it came from Red it's gotta be good.

Thanks James & yes it was Red that got me into the reverse sear... he's now responsible for myself & the fam being totally addicted to the reverse sear ! LOL !! The RS is awesome... I smoke my steaks at 150-155* for about an hour then sear them at between 500-525* for a couple minutes on each side and they are nothing short of awesome.... Highly recommend the RS !
