Nope I didn't invent the mini. I just praise it's capabilities here and else where to the masses. Everyone who smokes should have one. Those who don't are missing out!!!
I agree but i didn't hear of one until you were always cooking on yours.    No bite me cracking on your duck colors Case?   Not sure your mini would cook as well green!

I just never wanted to take the time to paint! Now that I have a few new pots... Watch out!

Terrific looking chicken, Adam. I am still having a problem getting as high a temperature in the mini as you but I am getting there! What did you use as a deflector, the pot strainer, a ceramic plate or nothing?

I used the steamer for the diffuser.

I am gonna try it with out and see how hot it will get.

She is maxed out at about 380.

Thanks, I was able to get up to 350 last time but could only hold it for 30 minutes, even with the vents wide open. I will continue to follow the Mini Master!

Obviously you haven't figured out my titling system. Adam is the Mini Master. Brian is the Mini Meister and Mini Maestro.
