Grilled silvers on my UDS along with grilled lemons. Simple seasoning just kosher salt an fresh ground pepper. Grilled over 100% hardwood lump with chunks of alder.

Just curious as to what temps you cooked em at and about how long they cooked for?

Hey thanks for seeing my post, as far as temps I used my lower grate for an indirect heat method with lump charcoal in a pan on one side with the fish on the upper grate on the opposite side , I would guess around 275 to 300 degrees. And as far as time I really don't know, I go by touch if you poke your finger in the flesh and it leaves a dent it's not done, when it quits leaving a dent and is firm, it's done.
