While I am new here I have been smoking for meat since I was stationed in Japan in '84. My current cooker are: Smoke Daddy MD70, 42" wood burning Pizza Oven, Cowboy Grills Open Pit Grill, Outdoor Gourmet 36" Propane Griddle, Char Broil Gasser. Located in Middleburg, FL
