Hello To All.
I've been reading this site for a couple weeks and decided to go ahead and join. I'm not new to cooking but I am new to smoking. I have had gas grills and electric grills but never a smoker until now. I bought myself a Traeger Jr as an early birthday gift and I've been playing around with it for a week. Thanks for all the input and hard work that everyone contributes. I'm looking to get advice and different prespectives on everything related to smoking from rubs, sauces(not that I ever use any), to cuts of meat, and wood pellets combinations.
