RD-qview is any pictures you post of your food. Most sites refer to as something else but we at SMF don't.

I rubbed it with some lemon pepper and I did 275 for two hours and then 300-350 for the last hour.

smoking a pork sirloin roast and 2 split chickens today.

brinkman side by side, because kids don't want to waitthis weeks meat

 

roast has been soaking in a sweet whiskey brine overnight.

getting ready to rub the chickens and start up the smoker.

just added fuel and woodchips, been going for about an hour.

having much less trouble with temp. control today. :Thumbs Up
