Thread Starter

Found these pictures from a Butt I smoked a few months back...

Picked up an 8 LB Pork butt from local Meat shop.... Bone in...

Gave it a good Coating  with a rub I pretty much use for everything

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup paprika
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne

4:00 AM Starting Temperatures  - Too Early

Used  Meowey's Basic,  but Outstanding Pulled Pork Instructions

Onto my Masterbuilt Dual Fuel Smoker With Hickory and Apple (using propane)

Looking Happy

Once it reached 165° took it out and wrapped in foil until got to 195°

Pulled apart Beautifully

with leftovers... Home-made Pulled Pork Poutine.... Absolutely Delicious!

Happy Smoking!
