Door flanges inside or out?

What are your thoughts?

For what it's worth (about what you paid for it) I say out:

Easier to install the flanges from the outside.

Apart from that, no difference in performance.

Inside flanges have a different cosmetic effect, which can be better if you are good at cutting the door.

Flanges on the inside make the opening smaller for removing food....

I like the look of the flanges on the inside. I figure you don't need much in order to create an overlap. I was figuring on using my plasma to cut the doors so they're nice and clean. In addition, I can use some bullet hinges to have a really clean look.

However, if the cut does not go well, then I'll be flanging the outside.
