Kroger has a good sale on boneless pork loins this week, so I decided to give one a try on the MES30 with an 8 lb loin. Thanks to the wealth of knowledge here on SMF, I found it a walk in the park on how to go about doing my loin. I just mixed a batch of what I had left among a few different rubs and some creole seasoning. I was pleased with the end results.

Looks good, but give us some info!

 

How long.

 

How hot.

 

What temp.

 

Did you wrap it and rest? Etc.

 

doing one today or Sunday, so here for the same reason.
