Ok so im fairly new to smoking thing. I mean ive smoked a few briskets on a small scale smoker. Well I've graduated to a big boy smoker now. 8ft pit on 16ft trailer. I've smoked a brisket or two on it now with fairly decent results. I have my first brisket only cook off in 2 weeks in Huntsville and looking for alittle advice on a good rub and injection. I tried last weekend to come up with my own sweet heat rub and failed to get the sweet part. Any abvice on a good rub ?
