Hi, my name is Cade from SLC. I am new to the Smoking scene and trying to learn what I can from the Pro's. I have a Smokinit #2 that my wife bought me back in February. So far I have done a few racks of ribs, and a meatloaf that was way rad. This Easter Sunday I am planning my first brisket.
