I'm still new to this smoking thing but was wondering if any of you had a good recipe for wings with a "kick". For example, if I go to Buffalo Wild Wings, I get the 2nd or 3rd from the top so definitely like them hot. I'm open to either a rub with a "kick" or a sauce to finish them off with. My plan is to smoke them for 1.5 hours around 225 degrees and then finish on grill for a few minutes. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
