My name is Ed and I live in NJ. I'm new to smoking meats but I've made baby back ribs a few times and they worked out well. Does anyone have suggestions on how to smoke boneless skinless chicken breasts? Should I even try?

I am brand new to the game myself but I actually just smoked 8 chicken breasts myself today. I just brined them for about 2 hours and then threw em in the smoker at about 275 for 1 and 1/2 and they came out delicious...I used a rub I found on these boards actually.. bilbo's... it's a good rub but a bit too salty for chicken in my opinion... never the less, the chicken was smoky and incredibly juicy... absolutely worth it in my opinion.

Thank you I'm def gonna try tomorrow... I will be wrapping them in bacon to help keep moisture in and also cutting a small pocket in each chicken breast for a slab of butter... Thanks for the heads up
