I use the 30% method and wet cure for 2 to 3 days

wet curing is the only to cure as far as i am concerned

What are you curing.

 

Alot of us use Pops brine.   Very easy and you can adjust the salt and sugar to your liking.

 

You can even add spices and herbs to it.

I was thinking 2-3 days was a little short.... Looked at your link.... looks good to me..... I would follow the 3-5 days suggestion and stick closer to 5, just to be on the safe side..... Dave
