Originally from Australia, I transplanted to the USA 10yrs ago when I married a texan. He loved smoking all kinds of things and since he passed on, I'm missing that addition to the table. I dont have the luxury of a smoker where I live now in Delaware but I have access to one. I have used the stovetop method but with limited success.
Share with me your wealth of knowledge if you will.... especially smoking chicken wings and cod fish, and pickling n smoking meats.
My name is Wendy, but I was a cook for many years... hence my nickname.
Bring on the warm weather.

Hi Wendy. Welcome to the forum. You will find, as I did, that the participants are very helpful.

I responded to your PM earlier today. Look forward to hearing how your pickled pork turns out.
