So first question how warm out does it have to be is 6 degrees Celsius outside temp to cold?
Would like to do ribs and a pork belly and would love at how to on either

Is this the masterbuilt dual fuel pro? If it is, are you using charcoal propane?

Yes it is and I was planning on using propane

I have the same smoker and I have smoked in pretty cold temps. 11 degrees F. It's fairly well insulated so it shouldn't be a problem.
