I'm a competent cook, have learned a lot from redneck buddies of mine, pretty good handle on baby-back ribs and briskets. Not master-class fo sho, but I do OK.

I'm in Garland TX and cook on an Oklahoma Joe's cylinder-style smoker that is prolly 7-8 years old. I got started on a CharBroil or something like that, some crappy big-box-store beginner smoker. Got sick of it and gave it away to a buddy and moved up to the Joes.

I generally find myself head cook for our family and friends on various holidays, nobody has died from my food. Yet ;P

I made my handle up from my hatred for fuzzy-tailed tree rats, the little vermin like to try and run through the wheels on my bicycles. My motto is "Exterminate the species."

Thanx, may the Spirit of Hickory bless you all with deliciousness through your days.

Welcome to SMF neighbor to the West, I have a very good friend who lives in Garland, Glad to have you here.
