Smoked Chicken Thighs finished on the Weber "Q"

Smoked Chicken Thighs finished on the Weber "Q"

I smoked 3 of these thighs (Nekkid), and threw them on my Hot Weber "Q", along with 2 thighs baked in the oven (For Mrs Bear). Put on a little BBQ sauce while on the grill.
Got some Grill marks on the seared skin.

I might skip the smoking of my 3 next time, because it's a PITA to do both!!!

BTW: That was 2 for me & one for her, and then one for each of us for lunch the next day.

Those thighs look great. Personally, I think thighs have a better taste, moisture and texture than chicken breasts. I'm glad to see you are into them too, Bear.

I'm kinda strange on Turkey & Chicken:

I would rather eat the Thighs (Dark Meat), except if I'm going to have a Sandwich with Mayo or MW----Then I like it to be Breast (White Meat).

Ah Bear! A man that loves thighs is definitely a friend of mine. It's seems you have broccoli pretty often as well another of my faves. Awesome looking plate!! Making me hungry.
