I smoked 3 of these thighs (Nekkid), and threw them on my Hot Weber "Q", along with 2 thighs baked in the oven (For Mrs Bear). Put on a little BBQ sauce while on the grill.
Got some Grill marks on the seared skin.
I might skip the smoking of my 3 next time, because it's a PITA to do both!!!
BTW: That was 2 for me & one for her, and then one for each of us for lunch the next day.
