I am trying to duplicate the chops that Case made.

With a bit of difference.

I took some pork chops and breaded them with buckwheat flour and corn meal.  ]

Looks pretty good to me.


Fired up the mini with RO lump and apple wood.


Some nice smoke at 350 degrees.


40 mins and they are done.



Had some chile corn.


Some kind of taters my wife made.


And some of Rollers bread with home made crab apple jelly.


Pretty tasty meal.

That's some mighty tastee looking chops. I never heard of Crab Apple jelly, that must wake your mouth up good!
Thanks Foam.  The jelly must be full of sugar cause it isnt bitter.

Sorry I didnt make it.  Lady down the road does.    I buy it.
 
We love rollers bread. This is the first we made it.
