Everything on this post looks just amazing, Jeremy.  But your from-scratch carrot cake is definitely over the top.

A picture of mixed ingredients, with a caption "Here are the ingredients" doesn't help me much.

Maybe the ingredients are on another thread?

  The cake was really good. I just took some pics while I made it but didn't post my recipe. There has been a lot of interest in it so I'm gonna put the recipe in the dessert section

  I pulled the bottom round out when it hit an IT of 134* - it took about 3 hours. The potatoes like that are really good!
