Did u go by temp or time in potatoes? Id like 2 try them soon

I just left them in the smoker for about 2 hours & 10 -15 minutes then took them out when the cheese was nicely melted - I didn't have to take them to any certain IT since I already had the burger done before stuffing I bet you like them...
Yup I bake the potatoes first then scoop out enough to make room to stuff them. After they are stuffed just throw them in the smoker

Looks great Jeremy! I love how your roast turned out looking like a loaf of bread! Cut three pieces, slather some mustard on two sandwich the third between and its a 100% all beef, GLUTEN FREE sandwee!!!!!
