1st time Baby Back ribs - w/QView - Page 2

Nice bones..  Had you pegged for a Crown Royal gal TG.  Next time take the cherry wine and put a dab behind each ear and leave it off dem bones.  Step 2. Send the Crown to me.

Simple is best when you foil... A little butter.  And a little something other. like juice, syrup, apple cider vinegar. Choose 2 and let it go at that.  ...And, just like when you're out 2 stepping.  Don't mix your booze. Pick one. And stick with the them of the evening.

That always works for me!   Other than that, those ribs look  Fantaspenddeference!

Haha. Thanks for the tips, Brian! I'm actually a clear liquor and shiner light blonde gal with the occasional white wine. BUT, the maple crown is real good in a bourbon chocolate pecan pie with homemade maple whipped cream.. and I think it'll be good in sauce. I may try it on the pulled pork I made today. I definitely skipped the wine today. Lol. And the ribs were good last night and just as good as leftovers today. Yum!

And actually, I don't think this pork even needs any sauce. Nice way to spend a rainy Sunday...

These look awesome!  A little tip that may have helped with the taste.  Next time try cooking off the alcohol before using them.

I have a new PP favorite. My last time I made BBQ pulled pork tamales! A little work, but sure stretches that PP AND so good I think I only have one 4 pack left in the freezer (I made 'em big) !

I also like it a lot on top of a big fully loaded backed potato, Baby sister does 'em on fried tater skins.

You just can't go wrong with Pulled pork!

If you shred a little pulled pork it is incredibly great stuffed in Habaneros & Scotch Bonnets!  :drool

That looks terrific. My favourite way to have pulled pork? On a plate with a little Carolina Mustard Sauce.
