I am new to smoking but have been following Jeff for a few years on Facebook. I just got a Masterbuilt electric smoker as a gift. I am giving it a tryout today with some BB ribs.

Hello from Lee's Summit. I have a sister-in-law who played college basketball at Central Methodist. I have made many trips through Boonville. Always thought it was one of those towns that took you back in time.

You will learn a lot here. It seems like every time I visit, I find some new challenge to add to my list.
