...to ask a real newbie question, so if it isn't, I apologize in advance.
I am new, new, new to smoking and want to use my Masterbuilt 30" electric smoker for the first time this weekend. I want to smoke a turkey breast. Now for the question...do I put it directly on the rack in the smoker? On foil? In a shallow pan?? Seems like it should go right on the shelf/rack, but I wanted to check with the experts first!!
