Been smokin meat off and on for about 20 years. Getting close to retirement so I'm looking to sharpen my smoking skills. Really enjoy cooking for friends and family and want to make sure we always please the crowd. Have already picked up some really great ideas and recipes checking out Jeff's website and forum. Sounds like a great group of folks out there chillin' and grillin' and I look forward to making some new friends. Recently my buddies and I built a 275 gallon pig cooker on wheels and have been breaking it in and having some fun and good eats. My buddies are itching to branch out from pig cooking so I'm sure we'll get some good ideas here. It's great to be on the forum.
