Hi There. I just joined this site, but I have been BBQing for over 20 years. Over the last 11 years I have dedicated to perfecting the Tri Tip roast. I mainly use a standard Weber Kettle 22.5 inch grill and I use it well. I have learned a great deal over the years, and I hope to learn a lot more. I also have a wealth of recipes for sauces and dry rubs to offer to anyone who asks. I am passionate about this art we all enjoy and i believe it shows in the food.. Take care everyone.
