I've done some lurking around SMF for a few months to understand more about home meat cooking / processing in general. I think I originally found my way here by investigating vacuum sealers and that got me to find Lisa and VSU. I've played with a donated 2nd hand smoker but getting more serious now. I've also just acquired an Excalibur to experiment with beef and venison, and see what I might be able to do in the way of dog treats.
