Tried samon this morning,came out pretty good just a little salty I shouldn't have sprinkled A little garlic salt .stuck to Jeff's recipe But it is still very good. :

The wine Olmena pinot noir It is made specially for total wine,was very good. :)

Very nice!!  I also like pinot noir.  And I appreciate someone who will drink red wine with fish.

That's the good thing about pinot it will go with almost anything and it's a plus my wife is a trainer for Total Wine yahoo.gif

Indeed, pairing wine quite fabulously is not merely, "red wine with meat and white wine with fish." So fun to see your great sips and sentiments here!!!
