Smoking for the first time on sat we have a webber 22.5 smokey mountain doing 2 hole chickens. We are doing a brine over night can't wait but scared :( there's always pizza

Welcome to SMF!  Glad you're here.  Hope you found some ideas you liked before your first smoke.  Chicken picks up smoke pretty easy so just about anything is good.  My favorite is hickory.

Chicken on a WSM 22.5", easy peasy!  Great smoker!  Chickens do well on the WSM with either a filled or a dry water pan.  I prefer dry for a crispier skin but you are either well into or done with the smoke by the time you read this.  If you have an questions after the smoke ask away!

Welcome, nice to have ya ! You'll do just fine on the chickens, WSM's are great smokers.... I have an 18.5 myself ! Ask if ya have questions and we'll help ya out the best we can.... be sure and post some pics !
