Hey Guys,

My names Trevor, I've been smoking for about a year and a half now, up in the great white north. Been doing mainly hot smokes, but i did just purchase a cold smoke attachment for my Masterbuilt 30" electric. Actually doing my first cold smoke as we speak. Eggs Baby! Looking forward to learning from all of you, and hopefully i can share what i've learned so far as a newbie smoker.
