Ok it was time to test out the deerstrami...

 

 

 

 

 

I cut off a small piece to sample.

 

 

 

 

 

Nice color to it  thumb1.gif

 

 

 

 

 

Different angle.

 

 

 

 

 

I saved the rest of this...

 

 

 

 

 

 

I started steaming the test piece

 

 

 

 

 

on the stove...

 

 

 

 

 

& here it is just out of the steamer.

 

 

 

 

 

 

I sliced some off really thin to try.

 

 

 

 

 

 

This had perfect texture & absolutely great flavor!  :32:  :drool  :32: 

 

 

 

This deerstrami was a definite winner!  :banana_smiley:

Okay I see that this stuff has been finished for 7 days! I just checked my mailbox and still no samples????? Geezzzzz!
