Thanks guys! This is the rub I went with. I didn't do the injection but I'm sure it would taste great!





Cooked 11 hours on my brinkmann TMLE and I let rest for an hour. Turned out phenomenal!

Thanks! It had a nice smoke ring but I pulled it and forgot to get a good picture.

I pulled it off the smoker right at 195 internal temp.
