So what temp do smoke them and how long usually?  When do you sauce?  I haven't tried wings yet but want to soon.

Hey Brad,
Thanks for dropping a line.....
Smoke at 250* , usually 3-4 hrs. as BD's recipe calls for, if ya do these wings, ya inject the sauce into the wings, then I took the remaining sauce and tossed the wings with the seasoning.... Other than that I did not sauce... Just watched as ya can kinda tell when wings are done, they brown up & look real tasty....

Yeh Foam, I think they just used to throw the wings away, back in the day..... But your right my friend, wings now a days can be a little on the spendy side..... But dang, they are good...
