First smoke on WSM 22.5 (ribs)

Just bit the bullet and bought a WSM 22.5 so I decided ribs are an easy first smoke. So far this is my first step, about to wrap!

Thank you just finished! The smoker cooks faster than I'm used to but holds temperature like a champ! Also very fuel efficient. Compared to my ECB this is a dream!!!!!

They did turn out well, little heat, real sweet, and bite through. Only thing I would have changed would be a better rack of ribs. Love the WSM!

Such easy backyard smoking instrument to love.  Whether wet or dry smoking, it performs flawlessly.

Nice job on the ribs!  Load that 22.5" baby up next time and invite friends over.
