some great ideas for stuffed pork loins, wish i had saw this morning before i smoked 2 loins. Bet next time it stuffin or nuffin.

Im going to try a loin tomorrow but am going to use cherry wood.  Has anyone tried cherry with a loin before? did it turn out well?

I've used an oak/cherry mix & hickory/cherry mix on loins & they were very good - both mixes were about 75% cherry...

very nice sir. Looked like you nailed the loin spot on. One of the tougher things to get right in my opinion. cherry is strong and will impart a red color to that pork. I personally like it mixed with apple for pork. Just remember it is even stronger than hickory. But not quite as much as mesquite.
