Hello how is everyone attempting my first pork loin 5. 5lbs needing some help on smoke time and temperature I should take it off I don't want to over cook it and dry it out any help would be much appreciated thank you smokeman925

Smoke it at 225ish and pull it when it reads 140-145.  Wrap in foil and let it rest for a bit.   Will be nice and juicy.

As for how long it  should take ?  Under 4 hours.   Cook time for loins isn't determined by weight, rather, by thickness.  IF it looks like it will be done much sooner than you want, just dial the smoker temp down, though, it will hold it's heat for more than an hour when resting.
