Well as fate would have it I ended up getting hungry today I decided I should smoke some meat & nip that nagging problem right in the bud...
I started off with this NY strip.
Gave it a little salt, pepper & garlic.
I let it sit for a few minutes & in the smoker it went.
Smoker temp 136 AMNPS with hickory pellets
I almost forgot about the popcorn! It's in the smoker to keep the cow part company.
Here they are enjoying the atmosphere.
Ok I need to get started on that cavity king & figure out what else to make.
