In October my company cook-off is taking place, we have decided to do whole hog
Need help!!!

What equipment are you going to use to smoke your whole hog?


And are you talking piglets or 200 lb hogs for each cookoff team?

one of the guys on my team has done 1 but I wanna little bit more info
